When you complete a job, Suriya logs the mileage and date. At 11 months after an oil service, it automatically sends a WhatsApp reminder to the customer with a direct booking link. For COE-related services, you can log the COE expiry date and Suriya sends a reminder 2 months before. Customers who receive a reminder are far more likely to rebook with you than to check Google for alternatives.

Yes. Log your commonly used parts — oil filters, brake pads, spark plugs, tyre brands, aircon refrigerant — with quantity and reorder threshold. Suriya alerts you when stock falls below your set level. You can also see which parts are used most frequently per month and which jobs consume the most parts by cost — useful for pricing and ordering decisions.

Set a deposit amount per service type to confirm bookings. When the job is complete, generate a PayNow QR for the total or remaining balance. The customer scans with DBS PayLah!, OCBC Pay Anyone, UOB TMRW, or any Singapore banking app. Funds transfer to your account same business day. There are no processing fees on PayNow transfers — unlike credit card terminals that charge 1.5–2.5%.
