Yes. Each pet profile includes a notes section where you can log vaccination status, any known skin conditions or allergies, medications the owner has mentioned, and behavioural notes (e.g., fearful of dryers, needs gentle handling, muzzle required). These notes are visible every time that pet is booked, before they even arrive.

When you mark a grooming appointment as complete, Suriya logs the date. At 5.5 weeks (you can adjust this), it automatically sends a WhatsApp or SMS reminder to the pet owner with a direct booking link. Most regular grooming clients appreciate the reminder and rebook immediately. You bring back regulars without any manual follow-up.

Yes. Each groomer has their own profile and visible schedule. Owners can request their pet's preferred groomer when booking — if that groomer is available, the slot is reserved for them.
